Having trouble with myspace code?

I'm trying to make a border with 1 px, black color. but no matter how much i try to change it, it doesn't work. anyone know how to fix it? here is the code by the way:

When you put a code in you need to be sure you click on "save changes"if you don't click that it will not save your codes.If you already have a background,you need to delete the old one and click save changes,then put in the new code.Good luck,i hope this will help you out.
