you can enter it in any box in your edit profile section depending on the code itself. If it is just a basic code you took from somewhere else just go ahead and add it to your about me section.

Where do you go to enter a myspace code for a layout??
On the home page click edit profile (its next to your picture. Then it has different boxes ex. about me, i'd like to meet, intrests, etc. Some layouts require you to place it in a certain one. Usually not, so i would place it in the section labeled "about me". If you have any thing written there i would go to the bottom of what you wrote or any other codes and hit enter a few times to put some space and then place it.
Then hit save profile towards the top
