You would need to get some software that records what your soundcard plays out, then play the song off myspace at teh same time as recording. Some soundcards come with software like this (mine does)

I won't preach to you about the legal implications, as I'm sure you're already aware it's illegal, so , do it at your own risk!

And once it's on your drive, you can then use nero or some software you have for burnign CD's to make it into a music CD.
