i've seen bulletins out there for domestic violence and stuff that have pictures and music on them and it doesn't show that there's a music player on there but the music plays and it plays automatically. how do i do this?

There's a couple ways. I've seen those exact same bulletins and what they do is they put a song from imeem.com in there. Another way [that i'd recommend] is uploading your own song into a host site like http://www.ripway.com and pasting the url to it into this code:

Put that in with your bulletin, and it should autoplay the song.
